Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation while ensuring a positive clinic experience.

You will support clinic operations, maintain accurate information, and collaborate with care teams, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within a nationwide physical therapy practice.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out, verify information and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain daily records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care and resolve issues.
• Provide coverage and assist with special projects as needed.
