Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identities and insurance to prevent billing errors.
• Manage the front door to maintain short wait times and high provider throughput.
• Greet patients, collect payments, and perform POS collections with integrity.
• Assist in check-in and patient readiness using digital intake tools.
• Schedule follow-ups and outreach for no-shows or preventive care.
