Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to deliver a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. The role focuses on data integrity, patient readiness, and effective patient flow within the clinic.

You will also manage payments and ensure revenue integrity at the point of service. On-site position with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate patient records.
• Strong communication and empathy in patient interactions.
• Experience with front-office workflows in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Pre-visit preparation to identify missing documents and insurance gaps.
• Facilitate patient check-in using digital tools and ensure patient-ready signals.
• Monitor waiting room and EMR queues; communicate delays clearly.
• Discuss financial responsibility with patients and process payments with integrity.
• Conduct checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows or preventive care appointments.
