Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to deliver a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. This onsite role reports to the Center Administrator and ensures data quality and revenue integrity while orchestrating seamless patient flow.

The position involves pre-visit preparation, digital intake, queue management, POS collections, and exit outreach to optimize provider throughput and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
• Knowledge of patient eligibility and benefits.
• Experience with scheduling systems to optimize staffing.
• Ability to handle patient concerns professionally.
• Ability to follow defined workflows.
• Proven time management across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule 24–48 hours in advance to identify documentation or insurance gaps.
• Facilitate patient check-in via digital tools with accurate demographics and consents.
• Monitor waiting room and EMR task queues; communicate delays to patients.
• Discuss financial responsibility and process payments with integrity.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage outreach for no-shows and preventive care.
