CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to manage the patient access process onsite, ensuring accurate data and smooth flow from check-in to checkout. You will safeguard data quality, support revenue integrity, and act as the first and last point of contact for patients.

The role emphasizes digital intake, queue management, and timely follow-ups, with responsibility for consistent workflows and effective cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy is required to operate scheduling and patient management tools.
• Understanding patient eligibility and benefits is essential for accurate co-pay collection and insurance verification.
• Experience using scheduling systems to optimize staffing levels and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Review schedules 24–48 hours in advance to identify missing documentation or gaps.
• Facilitate patient check-in via digital tools and ensure demographics and consents are complete.
• Monitor waiting room and EMR queues; communicate delays to patients and staff; process POS collections with integrity.
• Conduct checkout, schedule follow-ups, and manage outreach for no-shows or preventive care.
