Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional who will ensure a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. You will verify identity and insurance with 100% accuracy, manage the clinic flow, and collect co-pays at the point of service.

You will handle digital intake, queue management, and outreach for follow-ups, while providing empathetic patient service and maintaining revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy for patient data entry and scheduling.
• Know patient eligibility and benefits processes.
• Familiar with scheduling systems to optimize staffing levels.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

Responsibilities

• Pre-visit preparation by reviewing the schedule 24–48 hours in advance.
• Digital-First Intake: facilitate patient check-in and ensure demographics and consents are complete.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: monitor waiting room and EMR queues; communicate delays.
• POS Collections: discuss financial responsibility and process payments with daily drawer reconciliation.
• Exit & Outreach: conduct checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows.
