Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is hiring for a Front Office Healthcare Support role that delivers a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. Onsite, you'll serve as Patient Access Coordinator, verify identity and insurance, and help ensure data quality and revenue integrity while guiding patients through the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: Review the schedule 24–48 hours in advance to identify missing documentation, expired authorizations, or insurance gaps.
• Digital-First Intake: Facilitate patient check-in via digital tools, ensuring all demographics, consents, and “Patient-Ready” signals are completed accurately.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: Monitor waiting room and EMR task queues; communicate delays to patients and staff; manage POS collections with daily drawer reconciliation.
• Exit & Outreach: Conduct the checkout process, schedule follow-ups, and manage outbound outreach for no-shows or preventive care appointments.
