Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year patient access experience minimum.
• Meets or exceeds department KPIs and accuracy standards.
• Able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• HIPAA/AHCA/EMTALA and Medicare knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and timely processing within the department.
• Maintain insurance, pricing, and financial assistance awareness.
• Support go-lives, onboarding, and training.
• Participate in departmental committees and cross-train as needed.
