Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Patient Access representative in Miami to coordinate patient flow, process visits timely, and answer questions across the department and physician practices. You will work within Revenue Cycle and insurance guidelines, supporting go-lives and onboarding while delivering compassionate service.

Minimum 0-1 year of work experience is typical, with bilingual English/Spanish/Creole preferred. The role offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and timely processing within the department/physician practice/hospital.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance requirements and Baptist Health South Florida pricing and financial assistance options.
• Assist in go-live support and onboarding/training of team members.
