Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medical terms and insurance terminology preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA compliance.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred.
• Minimum: Less than 1 year
