Job summary

Qualifications

• Meets/exceeds BHSF registration accuracy and productivity standards for at least the most recent 6 months.
• Exceeds departmental KPIs.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient access functions across internal and external staff as needed.
• Complete and pass the Patient Access training course.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment and perform basic calculations.
