Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front office roles preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record must meet policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk; provide wait-time information and answer inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle walk-in registrations.
• Process patient payments including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and prosthetic care deliveries.
• Act as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
