Job summary

You will support clinic operations, coordinate with therapists, manage phones and EMR tasks, comply with HIPAA, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access or scheduling issues.
• Provide coverage support and assist with special projects as needed.
