Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator in Owasso, OK. You will greet patients, check-in/out, handle payments, and support clinic operations while ensuring accurate records and HIPAA compliance.

You will work with therapists and care teams to coordinate scheduling and resolve access issues, contributing to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain accurate daily financial records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by assisting with questions and addressing concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access issues.
• Assist with clinic operations and special projects as needed.
