Hanger, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to ensure a seamless patient experience. You will greet patients, verify demographic and insurance details, collect payments, and coordinate follow-up appointments for casts, measurements, and prosthetic care plans.

The ideal candidate has customer service or medical front office experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to use Windows-based software. A valid driver's license is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Talent Sorter assessment will be used in selection.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience.
• Receptionist or medical front office experience preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, provide wait times information, and address inquiries.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle walk-in registrations.
• Collect patient payments, including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, including casts, measurements, deliveries, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services, patient experience programs, and other resources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate and complete electronic health records for all patients.
