Hanger, Inc. is seeking a front desk/receptionist to ensure a smooth patient flow and accurate data capture at the Greensboro clinic.

You will greet patients, verify insurance details, collect payments, and coordinate appointments while supporting clinic staff and providers. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic office software proficiency, and a willingness to learn front office procedures in a medical setting.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Talent Sorter assessment may be used in selection.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a receptionist or medical front office setting is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record must meet policy standards.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk, answer inquiries, and provide wait-time information.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance at check-in; handle walk-ins.
• Collect patient payments including deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.
• Schedule follow-up appointments for casts, measurements, delivery, and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management team to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
