Hanger, Inc. is seeking a front desk receptionist to ensure a smooth patient experience across reception, intake, and coordination with clinical staff. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and schedule follow-ups in a fast-paced medical setting.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a patient-centered approach. Prior front office or medical reception experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Medical front office experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance at check-in.
• Handle payments including deductibles and copays at the front desk.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate care plans.
• Serve as liaison for patient services and resources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
