Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination is required.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience.
• Receptionist experience or medical front office preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify demographics and insurance at check-in; register walk-ins.
• Collect payments including deductibles and copays.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for patient experience programs and resources.
• Collaborate with RCM to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
