Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/check out; schedule appointments and manage lobby flow.
• Answer phones, take messages, and route inquiries.
• Collect co-pays and process payments; maintain accurate records in the EPIC system.
• Coordinate provider schedules and referrals; support patient access and follow-ups.
• Monitor patient wait times and communicate delays with empathy.
