Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is hiring a Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see in our clinics. You will greet visitors, register patients, collect payments, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable using multiple software systems. This role requires flexibility for shifts, including weekends or holidays, and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to HIPAA confidentiality and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Register patients and complete required forms with accurate information.
• Handle insurance and billing inquiries and provide clear information to patients.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and other charges following clinic policies.
• Assist in scheduling referrals and managing patient flow across multiple systems.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries promptly; keep the front desk organized.
