PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator in Tarpon Springs, FL. You’ll be the first contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation to ensure a smooth clinic experience.

This role supports operation with phones, scheduling, referrals, and HIPAA/compliance tasks, collaborating with therapists and care teams. You’ll join a mission-driven PT practice offering ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.
• 1–2 years customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out; verify information and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain daily financial records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Provide a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA, insurance processes, and exact documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care and resolve access issues.
• Assist with clinic operations and special projects as needed.
