Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in/out, verify information, and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, maintain daily records.
• Support clinic ops: phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR docs.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care.
• Assist with special projects and coverage as needed.
