Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a background in front desk or reception work with strong communication skills and computer proficiency. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, updating demographics and insurance, handling payments, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate electronic health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience in a receptionist position or medical front office procedures preferred.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk and provide wait times.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance at check-in.
• Collect patient payments, including deductibles and copays.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain complete electronic health records.
