Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts scheduling, registration, and admitting functions at bedside and verifies patient demographic data and insurance information.
• Calculates estimates and collects liabilities in the ADT system and supports billing processes.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains confidentiality; communicates with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintains registration accuracy during system downtime and serves as a central resource during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
