Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduling and registration independently at bedside.
• Calculate estimates and collect payments as necessary.
• Ensure a positive patient experience during interactions.
• Accountable for accurate registration into electronic health records.
• Respond to inquiries from patients and hospital personnel.
• Assist with team operations and training.
• Complete mandatory training and adhere to organizational policies.
