Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling and preregistration tasks, validates demographics and benefits.
• Verifies insurance information via payor contacts or online systems.
• Provides documentation to physician offices, case management, and payors.
• Calculates patient liabilities and posts payments in the ADT system.
• Delivers a positive patient experience and maintains relationships.
• Adheres to organizational policies and completes required trainings.
