Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts scheduling, registration, and admitting functions at bedside, verifying demographics and insurance information.
• Obtains and documents required clinical data for service delivery.
• Collects data for timely bill submission including workers' comp and motor vehicle claims.
• Identifies financial responsibilities, calculates estimates, and records payments in the ADT/EHR systems.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and delivers a positive patient experience.
