• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Being bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and guests upon arrival.
• Verify identification and demographic/insurance information.
• Assist with patient registration and consent processes.
• Collect co-payments and outstanding balances; handle end-of-day cash)
• Post payments and process billing information.
• Maintain waiting area cleanliness and comfort.
• Communicate delays or changes in appointment status to patients.
• Schedule appointments as needed and assist across ICCs when required.
