Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to ensure a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival to checkout. You will verify identities and insurance with accuracy, orchestrate patient flow through the clinic, and collect co-pays as part of maintaining financial health of the clinic.

The role involves on-site work, 40 hours per week, and participation in a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient-facing workflows and service standards.
• Ability to manage front-desk tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience handling insurance information and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: review schedules 24–48 hours in advance.
• Digital-First Intake: facilitate digital check-in and demographics.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: monitor waiting areas and EMR tasks.
• Exit & Outreach: schedule follow-ups and manage no-shows.
