Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced medical office preferred.

• Ability to travel independently to satellite offices.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Basic working knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and professional customer service to ensure efficiency and promote positive patient experience.
• Greet and register arriving patients.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, evaluate priority, and direct calls according to urgency and subject matter.
• Schedule new patient appointments accurately and inform patients of essential preparation requirements.
• Review daily appointment confirmations to ensure accurate schedule and communications.
• Collect co-payments and office charges and explain billing policies to patients.
• Maintain a clean waiting room and a positive environment; support overall patient experience.
