You will coordinate patient flow, verify insurance, and provide tests requisitions while supporting call triage and messaging.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; one year of relevant education may substitute for one year of work experience.
• Experience in health care setting preferred; familiarity with computerized scheduling/registration systems and electronic records advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and coordinate patient flow within the practice or department.
• Register patients, collect co-pays, and update demographic/insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and referrals; prepare and provide test requisitions.
• Answer calls, triage, and route messages appropriately.
• Prepare reports and scans; maintain patient records for timely access.
• Manage checkout by inputting charges and verifying demographics/insurance information.
