PT Solutions Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Access Coordinator to be the friendly first point of contact, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and scheduling across multiple clinics. You will support accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and seamless communication with care teams, enabling excellent patient experiences.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work with EMR systems and billing processes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in/check-out, verify information and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, maintain daily records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR docs.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation; coordinate with care teams.
• Assist with clinic operations, special projects, and coverage as needed.
