Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, handle payments, and support clinic operations at our Woodstock location. You will verify patient information, schedule follow-ups, and maintain daily financial records while delivering a positive, compliant patient experience.

You should bring 1–2 years of healthcare front office experience, strong communication, and familiarity with EMR systems and scheduling platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; education level documented.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities, maintain accurate daily records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by assisting with questions and addressing concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care and resolve access or scheduling issues.
• Assist with clinic operations and provide coverage support as needed.
