Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Florida is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation to ensure a smooth clinic experience.

You will support clinic operations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with therapists and care teams while upholding HIPAA and billing processes. The role offers ongoing training, mentorship, and a path for advancement within our nationwide practice.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain accurate daily financial records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by addressing questions and concerns professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care.
• Assist with clinic operations, special projects, and provide coverage support as needed.
