Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in front desk or reception work preferred.
• Experience with medical front office procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide information on wait times at the front desk.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle registrations.
• Collect patient payments, including deductibles and copays at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as a liaison for clinic services and patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with RCM to obtain necessary patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
