CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to ensure a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout. You will verify patient identity and insurance, signal readiness to the clinical team, and collect co-pays with high integrity at the point of service.

The role involves pre-visit prep, digital intake, queue management, POS collections, and outbound outreach for no-shows.

Formación

• Computer literacy and familiarity with patient eligibility and benefits.
• Using scheduling systems to optimize staffing levels.
• Follow defined workflows consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Review schedules 24–48 hours in advance to identify missing documentation and insurance gaps.
• Facilitate patient check-in via digital tools with complete demographics and consents.
• Monitor waiting room and EMR queues; communicate delays to patients and staff.
• Discuss financial responsibility with patients and process payments with daily drawer reconciliation.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage outbound outreach for no-shows or preventive care.
