Job summary

Hanger, Inc. in Salt Lake City seeks a dedicated front desk coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to patients and referral sources. You will manage patient intake, verify insurance, and support scheduling and front office operations in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The role emphasizes compliance with HIPAA and company policies, as well as accurate documentation and a patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Be at minimum a good fit for the job, as determined by the Talent Bullseye assessment. Hanger will administer the Talent Bullseye as part of the selection process.
• Preferred minimum two to four years of customer service, administrative, or related experience; receptionist or medical front office experience preferred.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through coordination and administration of the front office activities.
• Accurately obtain all patient information and insurance information while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
