Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical front office procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to patients and referral sources.
• Verify patient information and insurance details while complying with HIPAA.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance verifications accurately.
• Manage multiple phone lines and process referrals/authorizations.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up to ensure timely care.
