Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous medical reception or reception experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answers incoming telephone calls and forwards to appropriate personnel; routes Epic Messages.
• Welcomes on-site visitors and manages sign-in; issues passes as needed.
• Schedules patient appointments and handles EMR Epic registration check-in processes.
• Loads, verifies, and updates patient demographics and insurance coverage in Epic.
• Collects co-pays and posts payments; maintains daily cash handling in Epic.
• Assists patients with MyChart signup and activation; responds to MyChart messages.
