Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of third-party payors preferred.
• Medical terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests professionally and assist with registrations.
• Identify patients needing immediate care and prioritize registration.
• Enter patient information accurately into the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Collect applicable co-pays and payments.
• Verify and update insurance information.
• Support coordination with hospital departments and EMS/ED partners.
• Provide directions and escorts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area.
