Towne is seeking a Visitor Management Concierge to welcome patients and guests at hospital entrances with efficiency and courtesy. You will use hospital databases, issue badges, and assist with directions while protecting patient privacy under HIPAA/PHI standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must meet immunization and medical testing requirements per Baylor Scott and White.

Aufgaben

• Check-in all visitors, vendors and patients and issue badges.
• Enter visitor information into the hospital database while protecting privacy (HIPAA/PHI).
• Monitor screening equipment and follow established workflows.
• Report suspicious activity to Public Safety per protocol.
• Assist patients and guests with inquiries and directions.
