Towne Park LLC is seeking a Visitor Management Concierge to warmly greet patients and visitors at the hospital entrances, ensuring a friendly and secure first impression. The role works closely with Baylor Scott and White Public Safety to maintain a safe environment and accurate visitor check-in procedures.

You will collect visitor details, print badges, and enter data into the hospital system while protecting patient privacy.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with ability to pass a background and drug screen.
• Immunizations and medical tests may be required by Baylor Scott and White.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive and check-in all visitors, vendors, and patients with visible badges.
• Enter visitor information into the hospital database while protecting patient privacy.
• Monitor screening equipment and follow workflow procedures.
• Assist patients and guests with inquiries, directions, and facility questions.
