Job summary

Best Upon Request Corporate, Inc. is seeking a Patient Concierge to support patients and families from admission through discharge at a healthcare client.

The role is on-site, fast-paced, and involves rounding across hospital areas, coordinating non-clinical needs, and collaborating with the care team to ensure a warm, compassionate experience. You will manage admissions assistance, bedside comforts, transportation, and errands, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in fast-paced customer service; healthcare or hospitality a plus.
• Comfortable with Salesforce or another CRM, Microsoft Office, and POS systems; accurate data entry.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, required vehicle insurance, and a satisfactory motor vehicle record; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on designated hospital areas and engaging patients and loved ones.
• Book travel for guests, purchase toiletries, retrieve forgotten items, and coordinate shipping.
• Offer bedside comfort items, arrange restaurant delivery, mail retrieval, and celebrations; coordinate banking/notary services.
• Answer and route concierge line calls; provide wayfinding; manage complaints and service recovery; run lost and found.
• Arrange transportation, transfer belongings, coordinate family relocation support and use own vehicle to pick up prescriptions and groceries.
• Support on-site events, tabling, and holiday gift wrapping.
• Build relational equity with caregivers and employees daily and coordinate handoffs with Guest Services.
• Capture every interaction and service in detail; own administrative tasks while rounding.
