You will also handle calls, coordinate with staff, uphold visitor policies, and maintain a welcoming lobby environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed when required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors at hospital entrance and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Complete the standard check-in procedures for patients and visitors.
• Assist in wayfinding and provide maps to patients and visitors.
• Escort patients and visitors to destinations as needed.
• Answer phone calls promptly and transfer to relevant departments.
• Maintain communication with staff and notify destination staff when patients arrive.
• Uphold visitor policy and safety protocols (badges, masks as required).
