Responsibilities

• Register patients and explain the registration process.
• Process co-pays, balances due, and reconcile cash drawer.
• Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment confirmations.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-visit information.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
