Responsibilities

• Greets and communicates with patients or visitors as a concierge.
• Answers calls, schedules patient appointments, processes registrations, and supports mail and supply deliveries.
• Registers patients, verifies demographics and insurance information, and assists with self-registration and check-out.
• Maintains patient medical records and uploads documents into EPIC; performs basic EMR/EHR scanning.
• Participates in safety initiatives and completes required safety competencies.
