Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records (EHR), or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; assist with registration and check-in.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications.
• Document calls in the EHR and maintain patient records.
• Assist with self-registration and check-out; support safety initiatives.
