CenterWell Certified Healthcare Corp. is seeking a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to join our onsite team.

The role ensures a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival through checkout, maintaining data quality and revenue integrity while coordinating patient movement through the clinic. You will verify patient identity and insurance, manage the front door signal to the clinical team, and handle co-pays and balances with integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient eligibility and benefits.
• Ability to use scheduling systems to improve staffing levels.
• Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication and empathy when interacting with patients.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: Review the schedule 24–48 hours in advance to identify missing documents and gaps.
• Digital-First Intake: Facilitate patient check-in via digital tools with accurate demographics and consents.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: Monitor waiting areas and EMR queues; communicate delays to patients and staff.
• Exit & Outreach: Complete checkout, schedule follow-ups, and manage no-shows or preventive care outreach.
