Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests.
• Create, activate, and complete patient scheduling, registration, or admission.
• Ensure required forms are completed and paperwork gathered.
• Efficiently gather and input patient demographics and financial information; explain insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Perform financial analysis and inform patients of financial responsibility.
• Balance cash drawer daily and process deposits.
• Demonstrate respect and cooperation with staff and resolve conflicts.
• Adapt communication to patient population and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
