PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Canton, GA is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation while ensuring a positive clinic experience.

You will support clinic operations, maintain accurate information, and collaborate with care teams to coordinate scheduling and billing processes, with HIPAA compliance and friendly patient service as core priorities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
• Must meet compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Mansioni

• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain accurate daily financial records.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience by addressing questions and concerns.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation standards.
• Coordinate care with therapists and internal teams to resolve access or scheduling issues.
